I’ve given the wrong details in my order information?

Typos happen and sometimes we put the wrong address too! We get it, but unfortunately, due to security reasons, we will not be able to change this information for you. If your parcel does not find its way to you it will be returned to us and you will be refunded! But if there any issues contact the customer service team and if it’s fairly quick we could amend this issue for you.

I’ve placed an order but I need to change a size/colour?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes to your order once it has been processed. But if you have any concerns regarding this don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I’ve placed my order, but I’ve seen more things I like… can I add to my order?

We will not be able to make any changes to your existing order. Whilst, we appreciate that you’ve seen more things you like (it happens), so we would encourage you to place another order.

I can’t make an order… what should I do?

Sometimes it’s just a little technical glitch! If an item is out of stock in your basket that may also prevent your order going through. Get in touch with us if refreshing your browser doesn’t help.

Where’s my order confirmation?

Once you have made an order you will get an email from us confirming that your payment was successful. But if it has been 24 hours and you still haven’t received any confirmation get in touch with us and we’ll look it up for you!

How will I know if my purchase was successful? 

We’ll email you with a confirmation! If you haven’t received this email in 24 hours then get in contact with our customer service team.

Can I reserve an item?

Putting an item in your basket and leaving it there until a later time will not reserve the item of your choice! Unfortunately, you won’t be able to reserve an item.

I’m missing an item from my order!

Oh no! That’s certainly not good! Contact our customer service team with your order number and as much info about the item as you can and we’ll sort that out for you!

I’ve received an incorrect item in my order!

What a mix-up! If you’ve received an item that you did not order get in contact with us with the order number, name of the item and product number!

I can’t see my order in my account!

For your order to be linked with your account you need to be signed in when you make the purchase. When you have made your purchase you will be sent an email confirming your purchase and all the little details you need to know at this point. However, if you would like to know more details get in touch with the team and we’ll send that over for you!

I’ve forgotten my password!

Oh no! We know this happens! As you would normally go to login into your account and click the ‘forgotten password’ link and follow the steps. If you have persistent issues with this please get in contact.

It’s easy! If you have not got one already set up a Paypal account. You pay online with this account, which means you will not give your card information. The money for the order will be drawn from the card connected to your Paypal account. If your item is being refunded it will be returned via Paypal.
