What is your return policy?

Returns made within 28 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received.

Intimate goods such as underwear, earrings & swimwear, cannot be returned. 

I’ve sent out my return, when will I receive my refund?

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed.

How do I return my item?

  1. Fill out your return form on your packing list and place it in a securely sealed shipping container. Don’t forget to save a copy of your order number for your records 
  2. Make sure any old labels on your package are remove.
  3. Address your package to:

I received my order and the products a damaged, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at customerservice@bycult.com and we will help you exchange or return the item.
